As an ADHD coach, I work collaboratively with my clients who are impacted by ADHD to address specific needs and personal goals.
As a coach I help my clients learn practical skills and initiate change in their daily life, such as:
learn how the symptoms of ADHD play out in their daily lives
maintain focus to achieve identified goals
translate abstract goals into concrete actions
build motivation and learn to find ways to use concrete and abstract rewards effectively.
