About ADHD Coaching

As an ADHD coach, I work collaboratively with my clients who are impacted by ADHD to address specific needs and personal goals.

As a coach I help my clients learn practical skills and initiate change in their daily life, such as:

  • learn how the symptoms of ADHD play out in their daily lives

  • maintain focus to achieve identified goals

  • translate abstract goals into concrete actions

  • build motivation and learn to find ways to use concrete and abstract rewards effectively.
